All necessary furnishings for the remainder of the house are present, such as living room, kitchen, dining area, and office space. Will only require furnishings for the bedroom as needed. Rent is $1,000 monthly for the master bedroom, with an additional building charge of $50 for an uncovered parking space. Personal space includes the master bedroom, ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet as seen in the floor layout. Remainder of house is shared, except for the small bedroom. NO LAST MONTHS RENT NEEDED. Last month's rent is already paid. Instead, a $250 administrative fee is charged by the building to add and/or remove a person from the lease. Preferably looking for a young professional, or student.
