| I have a small room for rent in an old house, in a quiet neighborhood, in Current River, available May 18. You pay rent at the beginning of each month, you don’t have to pay first and last. All utilities are included. I am looking for a clean and responsible single person to rent this room. Student or professional person welcome. The rest of the house is shared with me( Charlotte). I have a tv in your room with free wifi, cable, Netflix, and Prime. The room is fully furnished . I have free laundry use and one parking spot in my driveway. I don’t provide board, so all your food, toiletries and amenities are your responsibility.I don’t allow smoking or drugs in my home, but you can smoke outside . No pets allowed.There is a bus stop in front of my house. There are Beautiful hiking trails in Centennial Park for the nature lover , just a few steps from my door. There is a golf course close by for the avid golfer. Skafs grocery store is a few blocks away along with a drug store, and some favourite Thunder Bay fast food places. |
