| Short Term Room Rental – May 1 to Sept 30, 2021 (Possibility Of Extension) $700/Month Inclusive (Not Your "Typical" All Inclusive - See Below) Located approximately 2KM from LU and the Law School in a quiet neighbourhood. Exterior, interior of rear separate entrance, and common area photos are included, and interior photos will be added first week of April, with viewing by appointment the following week and move in date May 1, 2021. This is a large, mostly unfurnished bedroom (has 2 night stands, a desk & chair but no bed**) with two closets and a large window in a fully finished basement area of which you will be the only occupant. In addition to the bedroom, the basement has a fully furnished and supplied kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, moveable island, dishes, pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker, etc.); furnished dining/living room area with dining table, couch, chairs, lamps, etc.; 3PC bathroom with vanity/sink, toilet, stand up shower, closet & plenty of storage cabinets; and a large storage room which will be almost exclusively for your use. Outside the double entrance doors to the finished basement area is a laundry room and stairs to a direct exterior entrance, i.e. no need to pass through upstairs living space to get to your space. **Note: A double bed futon with mattress plus a comfy thick mattress pad can be supplied if you need a bed. Included in the rent are all utilities; most cleaning supplies and equipment; laundry detergent; fabric softener; Netflix; hi-speed WIFI Internet; use of back yard which has three large decks with a bbq; and off street parking for one vehicle with plug-in available for winter months. **Please note, I live in the house and occasionally use basement area, however you will have almost exclusive use, especially during the evenings. As well, I have a large yellow lab which you may hear occasionally as she is not very graceful but will never come downstairs, and a Siamese cat which may wander down to try to visit you as he thinks everyone loves him and apparently the house belongs to him, so it is important that you like pets and have no allergies, and that you do not have any pets of your own as my two would not be very welcoming to another pet.
