| Hello! I am looking for a subletter for the 2nd bedroom in my two bedroom apartment. Looking for someone to move in June-September with flexible move in dates possible. At the end of this period there will be the option to sign a lease for a year if it is a good fit. Rent is $700 plus hydro. Must like small dogs as I have a little Dachshund (weiner dog) named Oskar. The Apartment: The home is a large space with lots of light and charm to spare. Some cool features include bay windows, sliding pocket doors, hard wood floors, and tons of storage. We also have a parking spot which I do not use and you could have. Laundry is free in the basement. The Area: This house was one of the first mansions built in Thunder Bay and is in a fantastic neighborhood in downtown PA within walking distance to cafes, bars, and grocery stores. We are across the street from Waverley Park and a 10 minute walk from the Marina/water front. Me: I am a 28 year old female musician who works with the symphony. I have a 2 year old dog who is very sweet and friendly (with tons of puppy energy)! I am honest, outgoing, respectful, and love to cook. I practice viola several hours a day, so you would need to be okay with hearing that. I enjoy a clean and tidy apartment and sharing the house duties with my room mate. I am social and love to host friends sometimes for dinner, but also enjoy my solitude or time playing with my pup! I like to think I’ve lived with many different personalities and am able to adapt to other’s lifestyles and preferences when needed. LGBTQ+ friendly!
