Require First and Last months rent, rent is to be paid on the first on every month. Have to be fine with animals being in the apartment, smoking is to be done on the balcony, no exceptions. No smoking indoors. Parking is not available. Located downtown near multiple bus routes leading to several major malls as well as Western University and Fanshawe College. You will be required to read over and sign a Roommate Agreement before moving in, of which a copy will be provided to you. |
