| I am 65 year old single lady and I do not want to go to a retirement home. I have an investor who has a bungalow in Welland that has minimal stairs so that we can age in place. The investor is willing to assist us to own the house together as a group. I have an innovative way where we can get paid to live in this place using co-ownership model and I am looking for 4 other individuals who are interested in this model. We will basically be paying rent but at the end of the month, we will get paid depending on how much cash flow the property provides, the initial deposit we put down and the expenses including paying off part of the equity of the investor (basically get paid to rent).
