| This is a single room with a private bathroom (including a private shower) and a personal small refrigerator. As you can see in the photos, it's quite spacious for a single room. The kitchen, including a large refrigerator, is shared with four other roommates. Internet and other expenses are all included in the rent. Parking is also available. I can either sublet the room until the end of August or you can sign a new rental contract with the landlord taking my place. This is a student condo, so you need to be a student. The rental price $699 (I am paying $899 per month, but will be paying $200 per month for part of your rent because I need to move to a bigger house for my family asap) The 9 bus runs frequently right in front of the building which goes to UWaterloo and Laurier University is within walking distance. |
