The landlord of the whole house actually lives in the upstairs part of the house so he controls the heating and air conditioning, but he’s super chill so you can always tell him to change the temperature if you would like. There’s also a washing machine and dryer located next to the apartment which you can use for free. There are many different stores nearby, and there are buses close by that travel in all different directions, like Conestoga mall, UWaterloo, downtown Kitchener, etc. It is a 22 mins walk to the University of Waterloo, and a 13 mins walk to Laurier. The listing is for a 4 month sublet for the summer, but is potentially flexible to be longer if needed.
