| Looking for a sublet for my room on 109 westmount road north unit 2! Rent is 600$ a month, starts as soon as MARCH 2021 and ends at the end of AUGUST 2021. 3 other roommates already, women or lgbt friendly people preferred. Very clean, chill people, if you have a cat they would love to see it! Room comes unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is. One parking spot available in a closed garage, laundry will be in the apartment as well by this time so no need to go to a laundromat! Utilities and internet are not included, average is about 20$ for each. Minutes from the uw campus, walking distance to the t and t plaza and Waterloo park! Super awesome location. Technically a sublet but I believe my roommates will be staying in the same location still in September as well so potential for long term! |
