It is centrally located and close to amenities and restaurants. Enjoy a stay at a cozy, clean and quiet environment. Enjoy a shared kitchen, laundry facilities and 1.5 bathrooms. Stay connected with a high speed Wifi. No vaping or smoking of any kind allowed. The place is a per free home. One long term tenant lives on the main floor. She is quiet and keeps to herself. The room is located on the upper floor and there are 3 rooms in total on the upper floor. The room has a lock. There’s one parking spot available but not guaranteed if the other guests already book it before you. But it can be arranged. A one time cleaning fee of $15.00 is required to be paid together with the rent. A refundable security deposit of $100.00 is also required. |
