All inclusive room avavailable ASAP. Internet, utilities, laundry included. The room is in the basement, comes with 2 fridges shared among 3 people. 4 of us live upstairs where you're free to come up. We're all good friends and both accept those who wish to keep to themselves or join us in game nights and watching hockey. Basement common area is a full home-gym with several machines and weights.
