| Am considering subletting my one-bedroom (from mid or late February and lasting until "April" ) in a house on Helene Crescent. To reach room you go up like 4 stairs, a few steps from main entrance door, then when you reach the top just a short walk over, and is first room down. Room would be semi-furnished, w/ option to buy additional high-end room furnishings at a cheap price. Room can also be left unfurnished if you'd like. Directly across from room, is the washroom, shared with two others residing on the same floor of house. All utilities are included. House laundry machines are non-coin operated. Dryer, specifically, is a Kenmore (is a front-loading machine, dries clothes super fast). Wi-fi cost included as part of monthly rent price. As all males here, preferably looking to sublet to a male. But anyone welcome. Even couples. Can share room or have room to yourself. Message to set up a time to come see the room and shared spaces. |
