(UFU__M2) 1 FURNISHED Private Bedroom is available in UFU September 1, 2025 onwards. Rent is $925(only SINGLE-OCCUPANCY)+ (equal part of) shared utilities. Note:-> Although there are a total of 3 rooms in the UFU, one room (UFU__M3) will continue to be exclusively occupied by a female Ph.D. student from the UNIVERSITY OF WATERLOO, and another room (UFU__M1) will continue to be exclusively occupied by a male Ph.D. student from the UNIVERSITY OF WATERLOO, until December 31, 2025. Neither of them has any pets.
