Basement apartment for rent. 2 bedrooms, bathroom with air jet tub and shower, kitchenette (includes dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, and air fryer), and lots of space for storage. Access to a full kitchen on the main floor if needed. Main bedroom features a large window for natural light and egress in an emergency. There is a backyard for use as well. All utilities included in rent. 1 parking space. The homeowner (that’s me) is a single dad with two kids. I have them 50 percent of the time. I would enjoy being on friendly terms with whomever rents the basement. I am happy to say hi, have a conversation and, since I enjoy cooking and baking, share some good food from time to time (ask about the cinnamon rolls!). But I also am respectful of people’s privacy.
