| Looking for a female (late 20s-30s; or non-binary) to rent a large, finished attic room in a beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Great location. Near Union & King st. Waterloo, ON. It is a 8-minute walk to Grand River Hospital/Station, and a 15-minute walk to Uptown Waterloo (access to grocery stores, transit, restaurants, shops, etc.). This is a lease transfer. Amenities: Dishwasher, on-site laundry, large backyard + patio, free parking, garage and unfinished basement for storage, and three amazing (female) roommates (young professionals). We have a great landlord. The house is very spacious which is wonderful for working from home (2 floors (plus attic bedroom) to hang out/work in. Also in a great neighbourhood close to parks and walking trails. Price: $675/month + utilities (total cost is usually $750-$800 per month). Price is non-negotiable. I can leave the queen bed for you, if needed. I will not be leaving the hanging rack. About the roomies: We are looking for someone who is interested in participating in community dinners, as we take turns cooking for each other. We share in household chores as well. Also, we have a cat (we cannot have another cat). Our preference is for someone looking to rent for at least a year, but we can be flexible if it is the right fit.
