| Second floor bedroom in a home shared with 3 other tenants – Available April 1st, 2025 for $800 / month. This is a small room in a shared house. It is not suitable for couples or families. This room is in a shared house and is ideal for a single young professional or quiet grad student looking for a very clean, convenient, and quiet place to live. The other tenants in the home are a PhD candidate and two young professionals. In total, this home has four rental units occupied by four tenants. As one of the tenants you will share the entrance and laundry of this tastefully decorated, professional, furnished home, located in Laurelwood (Close to UW, WLU, Blackberry, High-Tech Park, Conestoga Mall, Laurelwood Conservation Area, grocery stores, shopping malls, gyms, LCBO etc.) A bus stop (Route 13) is a 30 second walk away. Only you and the other two guys on the second floor may use the primary 2nd floor bathroom and the living spaces and full kitchen on the main floor. The main entrance, laundry and driveway are shared by all tenants. You must be able and willing to get along with the other tenants and share cleaning and care responsibilities for your private area and the common areas. The room you are renting is furnished with a single size bed and one dresser, desk, and chair. The bathroom has two sinks, a toilet and shower stall. Please supply your own bedding and bathroom supplies. Tenants are NOT allowed to bring in their own furniture. If you like to party this is NOT the place for you. Each rental unit is only large enough for one person. It is not suitable for couples. Do not contact me about renting to a couple or family. NO non-tenant overnight guests are permitted without the landlord’s prior consent. Out of consideration for other tenants, NO smoking. NO vaping. NO pets. You are expected to be clean, neat, and tidy and respectful of this home, the other tenants, and neighbours. The homeowner (who lives nearby) pays all utilities (heat, electricity, water, sewer, and high-speed internet. Cable TV is NOT provided. If you want it, you will have to arrange it and pay for it.
