| Looking for a male student to sublet a room in a nice, quiet and clean apartment. Very close to the University of Waterloo, Westmount Plaza, and buses (29, 12, 202). You'd be sharing the washroom with 1 other person (he keeps clean). - Unfurnished. However if this is a deal breaker, I could leave my bed, desk and chair for a higher price (650). - Kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and we have an extra freezer. Lots of space in the cupboards too for storage. - Great AC for summer. It works quite well and the room is large so it won't heat up too quickly. - Lots of storage space, both in the room and outside. Can easily fit a bicycle in the apartment. That's what I do. - 600/month. May 1 - August 25. Last months rent required. Rent to be paid on last day of each month. - You must have a student ID |
