We’re looking for a 4th person to sign with us for a 1 year lease starting Sept 1st. 3rd/4th year, Masters or Phd student preferred. The location is 103 Dunbar Rd S near uptown Waterloo We have lived here for two years and it’s awesome! The location is great, it’s near the ION and Vincenzo’s meats / The Baur Kitchen in Uptown Waterloo.   The room: There are 3 upstairs rooms and 1 in the basement. The available room is upstairs and it’s a bit on the small side but it’s cozy. The landlord has offered to re-paint the room whatever colour you like and remove some of the shelving / touch things up a bit at your request.  Note: There is a cat who lives here - he’s a 3 year old Siberian named Mister Please send a message or DM for more details.
