| This open concept lower unit apartment features two double beds as well as a large closet and a large fully furnished living room. We also offer a full kitchen with bar dining and a bathroom that goes well beyond your needs, offering a full size deep tub/ shower as well as a washer and dryer to use while on your stay. Wheather your here for work or pleasure, we invite you to come stay with us and enjoy our cozy little apartment in the heart of Wallaceburg. We are close to all amenities you may need including, tim hortons, walmart, taco bell, the beer store and mcdonalds. This cute little town also offers a few great restaurants such as the stubby goat, chucks roadhouse and pizza hut as well as some other great little pizza shops. Located walking distance from the apartment, the beautiful Sindenham river runs through the town with walking and biking trails beside it. Just outside of Wallaceburg there is a tiny town called Mitchels Bay that offers a wonderful beach that’s very shallow and offers a park for the kids as well as public washrooms and even a small restaurant. We are open to daily, weekly or monthly rental Prices 100$ per person per night (can be lowered if more than two people) Dogs that are 50 pounds or less are more than welcome however it is the renters responsibility to take care of the doggy messes. There is a 100 dollar cleaning fee for weekly tenants as we want to continue to maintain a beautiful place for everyone in the future. monthly tenants will be expected to pay a cleaning fee on a weekly basis unless discussed with the property owner. If you would like extra cleaning service during your stay feel free to request it and the charge can be discussed with the property owner. 50 percent of the full price is to be paid upon booking with a 200 dollar damage deposit or 100 dollar pre authorized charge on a credit card and the other 50 percent is expected in order to get a door code upon the day of arrival. Failure to cancel within 72 hours of your booking will result in a loss of the original 50 percent down payment. As well for each dog under 50 pounds or less there is a 50 dollar deposit in case you forget to clean up after your little one.
