| For may 1st Furnished, spacious, bright bedroom for rent, for a female student second floor of family house, walking distance to dufferin and bloor subway station / dufferin mall / galleria / bloordale area. Room includes bed, two closets, drawer under bed, desk, chair, mini fridge and small bedside table. Bedding available if needed. Kitchen is on main level and is shared amongst home owner and two other tenants who live on the main level. No other tenant lives on 2nd floor. 2 other bedrooms on 2nd floor belong to homeowner and are being used for storage. Bathroom on 2nd floor for this room rental only. Laundry available for use once per week in basement. High speed, unlimited Wifi is included. Pets not welcome as we already have two cats. We have been renting out rooms in our family home for over 15 years now to international/female students- wanting to provide a safe, clean space to study and live while in Toronto. Other details: Wifi included. Laundry in basement available and included ( must provide own detergents etc). No excessive noise after 10pm. No guests/strangers welcome in household. Minimum 6 months stay. First and last month rent due upon moving in plus $100 security/cleaning deposit required. Security/cleaning deposit is returned once room is vacant and returned in the same/clean/undamaged condition it was when moved into.
