I'm close to many bus stops and the train. I'm also only 10km from all the universities in the area, like a 5 min drive. By the way I'm a 30 year old male. I'm looking for someone who has a 40 hour week working or in school. Someone who's okay with keeping a very clean home and okay with cats because I have cats. I did install cat gates to limit their ability to travel through my home. They can't get into the kitchen etc. The kitchen has a dishwasher and all modernized equipment. My home is 420 friendly but not cigarette friendly. I'd prefer a non cig smoker, the smell bothers me as I had quit smoking 4 years ago. Weeds fine however, totally cool. I also have the best rogers internet plan available and if you're a gamer I'll help get you handlined in so you can have the best connection possible. I have fibre optic 2G down and upload should be 1G. Also it's okay to use my gym equipment so long as you wipe everything down after. When you're moved in we can figure out the details.
