Group of 3 students (female) looking for a 4th to sign a lease for May 1st, 2024. $845 rent, all-inclusive: WIFI/fast internet, TV, heat, electricity, water. Great location off Montreal Rd, just east of downtown. Excellent public transit. Walk to everything: groceries, restaurants and local attractions. Newly-built in 2022. Available May 1st. - Bedroom 1 (queen bed + futon chair folds out into a single bed) - Bedroom 2 (queen bed) - Bedroom 3 (double bed) - Bedroom 4 (single bed) - Living room sofa bed (double) 2 Bathrooms: - 1 full bathroom with shower - 1 powder room (toilet + sink) Laundry is pay per use. This is the only extra to the rent. The TV is provided but you need to hook up your own Netflix or streaming service. Parking is in a shared driveway, so it can be tricky. We generally favour groups without a car, but 1 space is possible if you're up for the car tetris. Please note that a group member has a pet allergy, so this will be a pet-free rental. |
