| We have one room available for rent starting May 1, 2025. This is a great place for students to live. There's little to worry about as this is a condo townhouse: no grass to cut, no snow to shovel, no elevators to wait for, and no garbage day to plan for. The outside area is kept clean and neat with a Scandinavian garbage system and recycling containers on site so you can dispose of garbage on any day of the week. Our five-stage water filter makes great-tasting, clean, and clear water. The place is in great shape, clean, and has no mould: a healthy and comfortable place to live. We have kept this to a 4-bedroom townhouse instead of the 5-bedroom townhouses most have been converted into in this area. This means you share with fewer people, and no one lives in the basement.
