| Hi, We have a one of a kind above ground apartment for rent available March 1. The unit is 800 square feet and is an addition coming off the back of our house where we reside full time. The unit has a full kitchen (stove has been changed) , separate large room, separate bedroom, three piece bathroom. There is a built in LG laundry unit as well. The apartment looks onto a large tree on our oversized lot. There is an entrance on the side of the house. Utilities are included and air conditioning is available but please read the complete add. Wifi can be included although we can’t assure of its consistency if essential for work. There are two parking spots. We live in a mature neighborhood with lots of families. We are looking for mature and respectful tenants. We are about a 15 minute walk to the University, 20 minute walk to the mall. We have three parks within a 5 minute walk. Three grocery stores within a 20 minute walk., one if them is less then a 10 minute walk. Our main concern is that we have legitimate allergies and scent sensitivities. As the units are shared it is very difficult not to have scents cross over. Therefore please do not apply if you have or want a pet, smoke, vape, use essential oils, have to use scented products etc... We realize this may be difficult but we are willing to educate and help with identifying appropriate products and will provide some samples if requested. If the scents are controlled we can have the unit air conditioned. Will consider price adjustments based on wants (internet, hydro and internet And water use, ac) Should I have missed something or have a question please reach out.
