| We are a married couple looking to rent a single room in a house / a basement room, or condo with shared Kitchen and Washroom, preferably in the lakeshore south Etobicoke area. Moving in date for March 01, 2025. We have been renting our current room for the past 18 years with the same landlord and are leaving on excellent terms, as the owners have passed away and their estate has sold the house. We are very quiet, clean, do not smoke, do not do drugs nor have any vices. No pets. Can contribute to some cleaning, taking out the trash, vacuuming, sweeping, dusting etc.. towards maintaining hygienic and clean living conditions. Over the past 18 years have paid rent in full prior to the beginning of each month that it has been due. Usually out of the house early and return back evenings and will then just always be in the room. Can provide references and can pay the first and last month rent. Our budget is $700 to a max of $750. If this sounds at all appealing to you to have a clean and perfect tenant, please do let us know with a message from you.
