This spacious, clean and recently-renovated Bachelor unit is located in the residential wing of the Manulife Centre at the intersection of Bay and Bloor in the heart of downtown Toronto. Just a couple of minutes to U of T, shopping, dining and Yorkville area. Direct access to Manulife Centre, subway stations and groceries right from the building. Secure building managed professionally with 24-hour security and daytime concierge service. The apartment is equipped with a large closet. Furniture includes a comfortable sofa, chairs, a desk, small side tables, and a twin bed with a basic mattress. A microwave oven is also available along with a large fridge and a large electric stove. I am the current tenant and will move back to the apartment after the end of the sublet agreement. If you cannot personally come to sign the sublet documents or you cannot personally visit for viewing, please do not apply as we need to meet for a short interview and your physical presence is required to fill and sign the subtenancy application forms at the building's management office before we enter into a sublet agreement between us. |
