We’re offering the entire third floor of our home, which includes a cozy bedroom (10’ x 10’) and a separate sitting room (9’ x 15’) with a closet, perfect for extra privacy or creative pursuits. This space is filled with natural light from three windows, offering sunrise and sunset views over Trinity Bellwoods Park. Our home is set up as a single-family space with shared kitchen, bathroom, and laundry access. We cover all utilities, WiFi, and bi-weekly cleaning for the common areas. You'll also have access to a lovely rear garden with a BBQ and a charming front porch overlooking the park—ideal for unwinding. The space is freshly painted, (ceiling, walls, trim and floors). We are painting the floors at the moment, so that's not reflected in the images, but will be completed shortly. A bit about us: we’re a creative couple working in design, film, and music. Our home has an artistic, laid-back vibe, and we share the space with our friendly dog. We’re looking for a mature, respectful, LGBTQI+ friendly individual who values cleanliness and appreciates the easygoing atmosphere of our household. The room is available for October 1st or later.
