| Good Day! I'm renting out a room in my flat.. it's just me that lives here. I currently rent out the top 2 floors in a duplex, the bottom floor is occupied by an elderly gentleman and his son. We have our own kitchen and washroom but a shared entrance. Be aware they are almost always home and can be noisy (one suffers from respiratory issues) so probably not for you if you're sensitive to noise. I work from home for the time being but am quite quiet, I like to cook and bake a bit. It's a block away from the 506 streetcar, 5 grocery stores in walking distance. All utilities included - please pay 1st and last month upon renting. This is short-term only. Comes with a queen size bed and a side table. |
