A little bit about myself, I am a 29 year old nurse currently working in downtown Toronto at a hospital, but I am looking to travel for a few months in the new year. I probably won’t be leaving until mid January, but after that I hope to rent the entire apartment while I’m gone. A little bit about the space: the shared space of the apartment is fully furnished. The room and office space would be private to the renter. The current room mate will be taking the furniture with them seen in the photos above, but I can have the room furnished for the new Tennant. The location is amazing. The apartment is about a 5 minute walk from the CN tower, and a 10 minute walk (5 minute street car) from union station. The lake is directly across the street from the building. There are tones of bars, restaurants, attractions in the area. My personal favourite is taking the ferry to Toronto island. • Coin laundry on the second floor I am looking for a female room mate who is kind and communicative.
