| Hi , and thanks for taking a look at my ad I am a gay male who has a furnished bedroom in my fully furnished apartment in the bloor west area. The unit is on the top floor of a 4 storey walkup building. It is a large unit with a nice sized furnished kitchen and living room. There is one washroom and a onsite pay to use laundry room. Entrance to christie station is 2 mins away. No indoor smoking is allowed but there is a outside space available. Due to allergies no pets are allowed. The rent includes internet and utilities. Rooms are air conditioned in the summer months. I do have a preference for a male housemate who is gay/ gay positive. I am looking to live with one person only . No couples I accomodate. The short term housing market . Stays in 1 to 4 month range. I am fine with a student for a school semester or a working person but I do not cater to remote workers. In your reply please include a brief description of yourself and how long of a stay you are looking for. I am willing to accommodate stays less than a month the weekly rate is 350/week |
