Beautiful place fully furnished, including one bedroom, one bathroom, a terrace (no smoking allow). All amenities on site (groceries, gyms, doctors, pharmacies, parks), subway station walking distance (5 minutes: Eglinton station). No pets allow. A valid ID and proof of employment is requested. A deposit of 900 dollars is requested and will be fully refund if the place is in excellent conditions, with no damages or missing/break items).
