Walking distance to U of T, The Annex, Kensington Market, and Little Italy. 11"-12" high ceiling, newly-renovated and hardwood and tile throughout. All utilities + wifi included in rent. Coin laundry directly across the street (pic included). About me: I am a graduate student at the University of Toronto, looking for a responsible roommate to share this space with me and my dog. My schedule is pretty busy, so I'll be spending a fair bit of time to myself or working on my research. That being said, I'd love to create a friendly, welcoming home and work together to build a positive roommate dynamic. In my free time, I like to read, cycle, and cook. I'm more than happy to share meals with roommates as well. It's important to me that we have an open and honest relationship, and are able to problem-solve maturely and proactively.
