| Large room with bay windows on second floor of house in Leslieville - available June 1st or July 1st. The landlord is a kind and friendly 85 year old Chinese man who lives on the main floor with his adult son who is blind. They are very nice people who don't concern themselves with your business and they don't go upstairs. There is a shared entrance at the front of the house but the second floor is like a separate apartment with it's own kitchen, washroom, and dining room. It's not a social house - everyone just goes to their separate spaces and keeps to themselves. It's also a very quiet house, especially between the hours of 9:00PM to 9:00AM, so it wouldn't make sense if you're someone who makes a lot of noise or has people over all the time. The ideal candidate would be: - someone who is working full-time - someone clean, calm, quiet, sane, normal, functional, rational, mature, trustworthy, respectful and responsible - no alcoholics and no drugs users (marijuana is ok) - no bigots of any kind (LGBTQ+ friendly - artists, writers, poets, musicians are welcomed) - preferably vegetarian or vegan - someone who keeps their space clean and washes their dishes after they use them. - someone with common sense and common courtesy - someone who is going to pay their rent on time - no drama or unnecessary complications - no passive-aggressive weirdness Please reply with some information about yourself, what you do for a living, and how long you intend to stay for. first & last required - utilities included |
