Super convenient location! 4 min. walk to Eglinton subway station. -There are 3 grocery stores nearby, 2 drugstores, many great restaurants, movie theaters, and a park with indoor and outdoor pool, skating rink nearby. -About us: We are a family - our university aged daughter is away from Toronto for school, and that is why we have a bedroom available in our home. We like to listen to music, read, watch TV & travel. -The room is best for a female student / young professional (as the room belongs to my daughter) who is respectful, happy, friendly and clean. -We love to cook, are clean, and respectful towards others living in the home. -The shared space is furnished.
