| ROOM FOR RENT IN AWESOME HOUSE IN TORONTO with Myself & the amazing Cheyenne Sapphire (4-7 month stay, starting in May, June or possibly July). It is a very beautiful, spacious and super zen, large home that doubles as a healing studio called the Soul Sanctuary. LOCATION: Dundas & Pape (Leslieville, Toronto). Close to all amenities and peaceful neighborhood. I am prioritizing those who are spiritual/health/wellness/healing facilitators, but are open to anyone who feels like they would vibe with us. Working professionals who work outside of the home I am open to as well. For the right person this living situation is quite the opportunity to be in a space that covets a meditative/yogic vibe, upliftment, energy of support, clear communication & connection rooted in compassion. This is a space to up-level . It is a beautiful home, with wonderful energy that makes it easier to feel connected to yourself and your priorities. I work as a Kundalini Yogi, Ceremony Facilitator, Intuitive Healer/Transformational Teacher & am the founder of Soul Guided Community Empowerment Network. I do some of this work in this home/studio (it is a large space, see below for all it entails). It is paramount to me to live in congruence with what I teach and what I offer, so somebody who deeply prioritizes self-discovery, their well-being, strengthening community, being of service to this world, high-integrity with their word & living life purposefully would be the best fit for this space. In fact, if this is what you're committed to, my hope/knowing is that this space will be supportive, strengthening and uplifting for you --- that it will make it easier for you to live in more in alignment with who you truly are & what your priorities are. This space will also be supportive to your well-being as it doubles as a Yoga Studio (1-2 yoga classes per week), space of communal growth & connection (monthly potluck/sharing circle/movie night), occasional conscious gatherings (kirtan, medicine music, outdoor fire, games) & twice monthly co-working space. If you are a facilitator or wanting to be a facilitator this is also very beneficial for you as you could use the ceremony room/gathering room, studio/great room & healing/office room for your offerings. You will just need to be OK with me offerings things here sometimes, which in the majority of cases you can attend for free, another awesome perk . .:: Rental Includes ::. - Very high speed internet - Laundry - Heat, Hydro, Water, A/C - Free access or reduced rates to offerings in the home (Kundalini Yoga/Restorative Yoga Classes, Sharing Circles, Spiritual Events, Ceremonies, Community Gatherings, Co-Working Space) - Use of entire space (while being mindful of each other when we have clients, we will stay attuned to each others schedule when clients or offerings are scheduled) Attention: 2 hypoallergenic short haired young cats do live here, one balinese & one bengal. They are both super friendly and shed very little. I am allergic to cats and only have slight reactions to them sometimes. With others I have in the space, they have not had an issue if they are allergic. I am open to the potential of another cat coming into the space, but it would need to be hypoallergenic. .:: Rooms ::. - Main Floor Studio/Great Room - Main Floor Kitchen - Main Floor Healing Room (Room for you to do healing sessions, massage therapy, private space to meet clients & extra room for guests to stay) - Main Floor Full Bathroom - Ceremony/gathering room downstairs - Downstairs Kitchen (no oven/stovetop) - Downstairs Full Bathroom - Upstairs Family Room - Upstairs Full Bathroom - Upstairs Bedroom for Rent ($1150 all-inclusive) - Backyard (fenced in, with garden) - Upstairs Bedroom (Cheyenne's Room) - Upstairs Bedroom (Chris-landlord(s) room) It is $1150 for the last upstairs room. The price is all-inclusive (extra $65 in the winter months due to high cost of heating & a little extra if you will be having regular clients in the space).
