| Nice room in large 2 story house with roof terrace in Regent Park, Downtown Toronto. Situated off Dundas and Parliament, very nice neighbourhood with Freshco around the corner and all shops you need less than 5 mins walk away. Currently one guy(myself) and one girl living there (early 30s and both Irish). Room $1250pm. Bills: $30-$40pm for heating(will be cheaper when its not feckin freezing). $30pm internet. $30pm electricity. PM me for more information.
