| Hello folks, Looking for a roomie for the months of September and October. We have a room available temporarily in our cool and cheap parkdale apartment. The palace is pretty nice. Defiantly worth the price for the inflating costs consuming Toronto. The place has four bedrooms, and houses 3 working professionals & 2 cats. There is one washroom, massive living room, nice kitchen. We are a walk away from sunny side beach- and across the street from the king streetcar. We have all the parkdale charms/amenities at our doorstep and I think it's a rather great spot to live. The roomies are all down to earth, easy going. We all love music, art, film and need someone to round out the equation as our friend is abroad. The room available is $700 with everything included and is a great temporary pad.
