| Hi Everyone! I am looking for a female to rent out a one bedroom in 2 Bedrooms + 2 Bathrooms condo in Yonge and Eglinton. Your room has floor to ceiling windows and access to the balcony. There is lots of fresh air and sunlight. Room will be unfurnished. You will get your own full bathroom. Kitchen and living room is fully equipped/ furnished and will be shared. The apartment is a beautiful corner unit with wrap around balcony. We have en-suite laundry and a dishwasher. Building Amenities : Gyms, Party Rooms, Billiard Tables, Terrance with Barbecue, Co-working room. Availability: 1st July 2024 onwards on a month on month basis (flexible move-in date) Rent: $ 1,500 (utilities and internet will be extra) Neighbourhood: 2 mins from Eglinton subway station, cineplex, metro, LCBO, Loblaw and bunch of restaurants, grocery stores and other fun things. A bit about myself: I am a working professional and wfh most of the time. I like a clean and peaceful common area and need it to be tidy at all times.
