Back outdoor garage space. Good for BBQ, garden, etc. ONE parking space included in the back. RELATIONSHIP TO UNIT: Lease holder/sublet with permission from owner. LEASE TERMS: Month-to-Month /preferably long-term - can add your name to the lease as well if you wish to stay longer.
