All stainless steel appliances, 3 full size fridges (1 for every 1.5 people). Big flatscreen 4k TVs in both living rooms. Laundry and dryer on the ground floor. Rent includes all utilities. Internet is 3.0GBps fibre. We have cable, apple tv, and all sports channels. Neighbourhood is Geary ave. (North of Brooklyn Pizza, Blood Brothers Brewery, Greater Good bar, Nova Era Bakery, Paradise Grapevine Winery). You'll be sharing the house with 4 other guys between the ages of 22 and 33. All good guys working hard, and playing moderately hard. The room is 11x9 feet with 2x5 feet and 1x8 feet of closet/jacket storage. The room comes with one optional dresser, as well as potentially an optional bed. (I will confirm closer to.) It will be available July 15th, 2025. Earlier move-in may be granted pending current roommate move-out. |
