All utilities, internet, laundry detergent, toilet paper and cleaning supplies are included. Street parking only - available by permit through the City of Toronto. The house is fully furnished. The bedroom is on the second floor with a southfacing view through a bay window. The room includes a bed, desk, office chair, dresser, and closet. The house has two sets of washers and dryers, one in the basement washroom, the other on the second floor in the dedicated laundry room. The laundry facilities are available for all occupants to use. The kitchen is fully-equipped with dishes, utensils, and cooking tools, and includes a microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, and a full-sized fridge, (with a deep freezer in the basement.)
