Rent: • $1250/month – includes utilities, hydro, two internet connections, and cable (if you want to set it up, we don’t use it). The Apartment: • Spacious open concept with washer and dryer in-unit. • Large shared living area, fully equipped kitchen with island. • Located in a secure building with on-site security and tons of amenities: • Pool • Two gyms • Social room, party room, sauna • Pool table & ping pong room • Attached mall & food court for ultimate convenience. About Us: We’re a male and female in our late 20s, both creatives working from home. We’re looking for someone who does not work from home, to balance the space. We enjoy a quiet atmosphere, but we do have friends over sometimes. Movies, board games, and being outdoors are our jam, especially in the summer.
