| Hi! I’m looking for a friendly, respectful roommate to share my bright, fully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in High Park. About the space: - Private, unfurnished bedroom for you. There's a double bedframe left over if you want it but if not I can remove it. - Fully furnished common areas (kitchen, living room, balcony). - 2 bathrooms: I have my own ensuite; you’ll have the main bathroom mostly to yourself (shared bath/shower). - High-speed internet included. - In-suite washer/dryer. - Underground parking spot included. - Gym, outdoor pool, tennis courts, bike locker, storage locker also included. - West-facing balcony with beautiful sunset views. - 100m from the TTC and also High Park. - No Frills 12-15 min walking distance/one subway stop away. - No dogs allowed but cats are ok (condo rules). Rent: $1,800/month all-inclusive (heat, hydro, internet, parking). First & last month’s rent required. About me: I’m a trans woman in my mid-30's. I'm very tidy and cook a lot, I'm a professional entertainer so when I'm not on tour I'm working from home, and I'm also a night owl who sleeps in. I value kindness, clear communication, and a chill vibe. You: - LGBT+, women and allies to the front of the line! - Clean, considerate, and transparent. You can't have too much communication! - Quiet in the mornings if you're an early riser. - Okay with sharing the shower/bathroom and common areas, but otherwise respectful of each other’s space. - Clean in the kitchen, puts dishes away.
