| Hola guys! My boyfriend and I are looking for a cool and clean roommate to share our beautiful 3 bedrooms apartment starting January 2025. Long or short term available. (No pets sorry!) UNIT: 3 Bedrooms + 2 bathroom in the unit. AVAILABLE DATE: February 01sr, 2025 (Flexible) PRICE: $1400 per month all included. (Negotiable for short term inquiries) LOCATION: Queen St. West and Dovercourt Area. RENTAL TERMS: Month to month. Rent will be paid to me, the leaseholder. There will be a written roommate agreement. If you like the place, and would like for us to hold it for you, a 50% of this first month rent will be required in advance. RELATIONSHIP TO UNIT: Tenant. My current roommate will be moving out to travel around Canada for work, so we are looking for someone to take his room. I’ve been living here for almost 2 years. ABOUT US: We speak English, Spanish, German, French, Catalan. Medir is from Barcelona, Spain and I'm from Venezuela.
