I am 31 year old female working professional, looking for a female only roommate for a minimum of a one year rental. Looking for July or August move-in. Common areas are fully furnished, bedroom is unfurnished. Amenities include balcony, air conditioning in common area, on site washer/dryer, 5 minute walk to the subway. Parking spots available for an additional price. Utilities and internet are not included in the price and are $50-75/month. Bedroom is approximately 96 square feet. Non smoking only please. No pets are preferred, but one cat will be considered. Ideally, I am looking for a tenant who works out of the house, since I work from home. No pets, except 1 cat will be considered.
