| One room available for rent in a 5-bedroom apartment. Room is mostly unfurnished for now. Rent is $820 inclusive. Move-in date is June 1; first + last month’s rent required. House is located by Christie Pits, a short walk from either Christie or Ossington Subway Station and close to restaurants/amenities along Bloor. The current roommates are mostly men in our 20s and 30s, though the household has historically been mixed-gender. Also, while late hours can be common, we try to keep a relatively peaceful house. We may socialize occasionally but generally have our own separate busy lives so this is not a priority. What is a priority is keeping the common areas of the house relatively tidy and well-maintained and being respectful of others in the environment. Laundry not included ensuite but is a short walk away. The room does come with an AC unit. We would also prefer no pets if possible due to allergies.
