We’ve got a room available in our 4-bedroom house, and it’s the perfect spot for someone who shares our interests and lifestyle. About Us: We’re three guys in our 30s, bonded by our love for video games, good food, and a laid-back vibe. We’re 420-friendly and enjoy unwinding with a smoke after a long day (or during a gaming session). Two adorable kitty cats also call this place home, so cat lovers are a big plus! One awesome (and much-appreciated) female friend doesn’t live here but cooks delicious meals for us daily. We all chip in for groceries, and it’s seriously the best. The Room: Cozy private bedroom in a shared house. Shared bathroom (clean and stocked). Access to our epic gaming setup (the house discord we play multiple different genres of games and often end up enjoying to play the same games all together). High-speed Wi-Fi perfect for gaming, streaming, and chilling. What We’re Looking For: Someone around our age who’s respectful, clean, and shares a love for gaming and a 420-friendly environment. You’re chill, drama-free, and happy to contribute to the grocery fund for those amazing home-cooked meals. Bonus points if you love cats or don’t mind them occasionally joining your gaming sessions. The Details: Rent: $900 per month incl. utilities/grocery fund. Location: Very safe area in Bowmanville located close to all amenities. Available: Feb 1st or earlier.
