| This is a sublet from 7th December 2024 to 15 January 2025, as I will be travelling during the period. The apartment is at Dupont and Lansdowne. You will have a fully furnished private room and washroom. The room consists of a wardrobe, a twin bed, a gaming chair and a working desk (I can also leave behind the monitor if you want to use it). You are expected to be clean, cooperative and respectful of the property and people around. The apartment is shared with another working couple, who are very amicable and will be respectful of your privacy. Shared spaces include a kitchen and the common living space (which is also fully stocked and furnished). The condo has a gymnasium, yoga room, event room, theater room, game room and open podium garden. Shoppers Drugmart and Food basics on the ground level, Frescho, Rexall and Planet Fitness are a 5 minute walk. There is a bus stop right outside which takes you to Lansdowne station on the Green line within 2 minutes (else its a 10 minute walk). Asking for $1550 a month (pro-rated for the remaining days).
