| I'm looking to rent a bedroom in my two bedroom apartment. There are two dates available: July only or July until August 15 (dates are flexible) OR September - December (with the possiblity of extending) The room comes furnished with a queen bed, dresser, and chair, plus window ac for summer. Common areas include a large living room at the front and eat-in kitchen at the back, plus front porch access and shared back patio. The apartment is located in Little Italy, and is steps away from dozens of cool restaurants, cafes, shops and parks. Transit wise, it's a 2 minute walk to the College streetcar, a 10 minute walk to the Ossington bus or Dundas streetcar, and a 15 minute walk to Christie or Ossington subway stations. Also within walking distance of Trinity-Bellwoods, the Ossington Strip, Kensington Market and China Town on Spadina, Christie Pitts Park and Korea Town on Bloor. I’m respectful, clean and considerate, and I'm hoping to find a like-minded roommate, preferably female identifying. RENTAL TERMS: Short-term. All inclusive (including wifi). Coin laundry in the basement. RELATIONSHIP TO UNIT: Off-lease roommate – Rent will be paid to myself. There will be a written roommate agreement. This is not covered by the RTA.
