| Looking for a roommate located in Davisville Village around June or July. Will accommodate a later start date for someone whose the right fit. Rent is $1,200 and includes: • Water/heat/ac/internet/tv with streaming services • Washer and dryer in unit • Furnished private bedroom • Shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and deck • Furnished deck and shared spaces • Running trails and parks nearby • Close to subway station and grocery stores I am ordering a wardrobe to put in the room so you have more storage. Please note: I have cats so liking cats / being comfortable around them is a must. One is a very old senior citizen and does lots of kitten watching, and I have a bonded pair that are around two years old. The smaller one is a snuggly bear and is all about relaxing with a bit of play. The bigger one is more busy bodied. He will likely supervise you and make sure you are doing your work. A bit about me: I’m in my mid 30s. I’m a paralegal that works 9-5 Monday to Friday. I work from home Tuesday and Wednesday, and I’m more of a morning person. Looking for a mature roommate, someone who is not a home body, is comfortable sharing a space (for example someone who is comfortable saying hi and having casual conversation but also can do their own thing), cleaning up after yourself and switching off cleaning duties like the bathroom. My preference is to do month to month because ultimately I want it to be a good fit! First and last month with ID required. When you want to move out, just give 30 days notice and the last months rent you previously sent will be applied. Must be able to meet in person and do a viewing. |
